Minced chicken meatballs

Ingredients:
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Parmesan cheese
- Baton
- Parsley
- Tomatoes
- Spices

Mix all the ingredients and form meatballs, scald it, after it add 3 tablespoons of water, tomatoes, then jug slightly. May be served with any garnish. If you prefer pasta, you can grate some cheese onto it.

Chicken hearts salad

Ingredients for the salad:
- Chicken hearts - 500 g
- Onions - 0.5-1 pc.
- Mayonnaise
- 3-percent vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions:
Boil hearts and cut them into thin slices. Cut onions into thin half-rings, dip into boiling water for 3 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and pour the liquid in a minute. Add onion to hearts, salt and pepper it, add the mayonnaise.
Give the salad some time to digest.

Chicken shashlik

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 pc.
- Light beer - 1 bottle
- Onions - 2 heads
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Salt

Rinse the chicken. Separate the flesh from the bones and chop it into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, add some oregano. Clean the onion, cut into slices. Put onions and the chicken into light beer and marinate for 10 hours. Push chicken pieces and onion slices alternately on skewers. Grill it until done. Serve with fried potatoes, sprigs of fresh herbs.

Fried meatballs

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Butter - 200 g
- Ham - 20g
- Peeled prawns - 20 g
- Marinated mushrooms - 20 g
- Finely chopped beer's onion - 40 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Corn starch - 1 tbsp.
- Sodium glutamate - 1/4 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.
- Salt
- Parsley

Mince chicken, add salt, egg, diluted starch and mix well.
Mince ham, mushrooms and prawns, add beer's onion and stir. Add the softened butter, stir until smooth and chill for 30 minutes. Make walnut size balls from the mixture.
Make small cakes from chicken mince, put butter balls on them and roll this in the form of meatballs. Fry the meatballs in a preheated 180°C oil until tender.
Serve with greens and vegetables.

Chicken and mushrooms pie

Ingredients:
- Cake wafer - 3-4 pcs.
- Chicken fillet - 800 g
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Onions - 200 g
- Butter - 200 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Rich cream - 100 g
- Nutmeg
- Black pepper, salt
- Parsley

Cut chicken fillet into pieces, fry with onion chopped to semi-rings.
Slice mushrooms and saute in butter, add some nutmeg, salt, pepper, cream, mix well with chicken and onion and rub it all in a food processor.
Interlay wafer cakes with the mix, apply a thin layer on top, dredge with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Decorate with greens when serving.

Chicken baked in a special way

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 pc.
- Vinegar 6% - 2 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tbsp.
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper
- Salt

Cut the chicken carcass in front and flatten so that the edges touched buttered roaster. Brush the chicken with vinegar diluted in 150 ml of water, rub it with crushed garlic, salt and pepper and leave for 12 hours in a cool place. Cover the roasting pan with chicken with foil and bake for 1,5 hours in a hot oven at 150-160 ° C. Remove foil. Mix orange juice with honey and pour over the chicken. Bake until golden brown.

Chicken soup with zucchini

The composition of the dish:

Ingredients:
- Chicken stock - 5 cups
- Cooked chicken fillet - 200 g
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Asparagus - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 6 tbsp.
- Celery - 1 pc.
- Black pepper, salt to taste

Cut zucchini, carrots and celery into slices, cut onion, asparagus and fillet into small pieces. Mix onions and carrots, saute it with oil.
Bring broth to boil, add vegetables, salt, pepper, and boil for 25 minutes.
When serving, place slices of fillet on a plate, fill them with soup and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Chicken salad with pineapple

Ingredients:
- Chicken (cooked meat) - 100 g
- Canned pineapple - 60 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- Walnuts (kernels) - 20 g
- Parsley and dill - 20 g

Cut the flesh into large cubes, cut pineapple into slices. Place on a platter, alternating pineapple and chicken meat.
Grate walnuts (keep 2 whole cores for decoration). Chop herbs (2 sprigs leave for decoration).
For sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Serve the salad, water with sauce, sprinkle with grated nuts, herbs and decorate with a whole walnut kernels and sprigs of greenery.

Chicken salad in bread cups

Ingredients (24 servings):
- Bagels - 6 pcs.
- Cooked chicken - 250 g of pulp
- Cucumber pickle - 3 pcs.
- Fresh mushrooms - 240 g
- Onions - 1/2 pcs.
- Butter - 2 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- Cloves minced - 1 pinch
- Parsley

Cut bagels cut into 4 pieces, remove the tips first to create cups of a height of 2-2.5 cm. Remove the cushion, grate it and grill with some oil to make crunchy crumbs.
For stuffing chop onions, fry in the remaining oil preventing the color change, add the sliced ??mushrooms and cook covered for 10 minutes. Chill.
Cut the flesh and cucumber into small cubes, add mushrooms, mayonnaise, clove, mix well.
Fill the bread cups and sprinkle with bread crumb crisps. Decorate with parsley.

Chicken in a melon

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Melon (larger than a chicken) - 1 pcs.
- Dessert wine - 2 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
- Greens

Rinse the chicken and boil in a small amount of salted water with wine over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove the skin, draft the stock.
Wash and dry the melon, cut off the top, remove the pulp with a spoon to fit the chicken. Place the chicken into the melon, pour in the stock, cover with the removed top fixed with wooden skewers, place the melon in a pan. Cook with a small amount of water tightly closed for an hour. Remove the chicken, divide into portions and arrange on a platter.
Serve on rice, decorate with greens.

Chopped chicken cutlets

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 4-5 cloves
- Dill
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste


Cut fillet into cubes.
Chop greens.
Add the the greens, squeezed garlic, flour, salt and egg to the meat. Mix it all thoroughly.
Pour the oil into the pan so that it is to be on par with the cutlets. Spread a tablespoon of minced meat onto a tepid pan one by one. Flatten it. You should get a form of a burger, steak-like.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Sardelki with honey and sesame seeds

Method of cooking:

Ingredients:
- Sardelki - 4 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Liquid honey - 1 tbsp.
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.

Directions:

Mix soy sauce with honey, put the mixture on shpikachki, dredge with sesame seeds. Bake shpikachki under the grill for 6-8 minutes. When serving, cut each into 4 pieces, pick the skewers, put the snack on a plate. Decorate with greens and fresh vegetables.
