Novy Oskol has celebrated the 372th anniversary since the city establishment. The speech of A. N. Gridnev, Head of the local Government, opened the official ceremony. Andrey Nikolaevich congratulated his fellow residents on this important date, and wished everyone peace, kindness and well-being.

As always, ahead of the Day of Novy Oskol, the most prominent city residents have been granted the title of Honorary Citizens of Novy Oskol City District. This year, the renowned citizens have received their awards from the Chair of the Council of Deputies of Novy Oskol City District, A. I. Popova.

A significant number of Novy Oskol residents were granted the reputable title for their dedicated work, substantial personal contribution to the social and economic development of the region, and in honour of the 372th anniversary of the city. Employees of the Prioskolye Group of Companies were among them.

The Ostrov Picnic Park hosted a festival of popular art, Pesenny Souvenir, and featured multiple interactive platforms, expositions and presentations of rural districts, and numerous products of the agro-industrial complex, Novooskolskiye Zakroma. The pavilions of JSC Prioskolye and CJSC Krasnoyaruzhskaya Grain Company gave the visitors a chance to not only see, but taste their products.

In the evening, the central square of Novy Oskol hosted a grand official concert with local and invited performers. The Day of Novy Oskol ended with traditional festive fireworks.
