On September 1, representatives of Prioskolie Group of Companies visited the sponsored educational institutions as honoured guests at the celebratory assemblies. The students of Novooskolsky Agricultural College were congratulated by S.V. Gnezdilov, Head of the Human Resources Department of Prioskolie CJSC, on the Knowledge Day. As the representative of the management and company staff, he wished the children perseverance and determination in mastering new educational programmes and production skills.

This year, 230 people became freshmen. Overall, 840 students are enrolled in six programmes for training mid-level specialists at the college. From the 2018-2019 academic year, training has been started here in two specialties that are included in the TOP-50 list. Students will have the opportunity, according to WorldSkills standards, to master the training areas “Operation and Repair of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment” and “Maintenance and Repair of Engines, Systems and Components of Automobiles”.

Anchor employer for graduates of Novooskolsky Agricultural College is Prioskolie CJSC. The company's specialists are involved in the educational process, and the teachers of the educational institution undergo annual industrial training at the facilities of Prioskolie.

The material and technical base of the educational institution has been upgraded by 80% over the past seven years. The total invested funds amount to 41.6 million roubles; almost a quarter of this amount is funds from Prioskolie CJSC.

The successful experience of implementing a number of large-scale educational projects allowed Novooskolsky Agricultural College to become the winner of the federal competition for receiving subsidies in the form of grants from the federal budget in 2018. Prioskolie Group of Companies participated in the project on co-financing conditions: the company has equipped four classes with modern computers.
