Talking to a Pastor

May, 22

The Easter is the most important festival in orthodox Christianity as it celebrates the resurrection of our lord Jesus Christ and thus serves as a source of grace and strength for all orthodox Christians.

For about 10 years the residents of the village of Bogorodskoye in the Novy Oskol District have been celebrating it in the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Temple that was restored with the help of Prioskolye.

On one of the days of the Easter Week we talked to the pastor of the temple, Archpriest Alexis Buteiko about the spiritual values and the Easter traditions.
