Russia's top 10 poultry farms produced a total of 3.2 million tonnes of chicken in 2017, which makes up 58% of the total output in the country's agricultural organisations.
Those are the data that were announced at the annual meeting of the Russian Union of Poultry Producers (Rosptitsesoyuz).
Among the largest producers of broiler meat Prioskolie deservedly holds the 1st place. In 2017, the holding's farms expanded production by 12,000 tonnes, reaching a total of 642,000 tonnes, which is 12% of the national market.
