Specialists of Prioskolie Group of Companies took part in the 23rd International Specialised Trade Show "MVC: Grains-Mixed Feed-Veterinary – 2018" that was held in Moscow.

Over 22,000 square meters of space hosted the displays of 438 companies from 25 countries. For three days, they had been demonstrating the latest agricultural equipment, technologies, products, and services.

"In the past three years, the trade show has reached a new level of quality. It may seem that the displays are just the same, but the information is presented in a different and more profound way, taking into account all the details of the agricultural sector and each economic sphere of the country", - said the event's guest, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, E. V. Gromyko. He underlined that the trade show was a great platform to launch the modernisation of the cereal processing and feed production complexes in the Russian Federation and EurAsEC countries.

The honoured guests of the trade show cut the traditional red tape and invited the visitors to explore the newest achievements in the field of crop farming, agricultural chemistry, grain processing, mixed feed production, and veterinary. During the trade show, the participants and the hosts held a large number of discussions and seminars, touching upon many crucial aspects of the agricultural sector. Special emphasis was put on import substitution and innovations. Premix Factory No.1 JSC (ZAO "Zavod Premiksov No.1") presented its own developments in this area. Following the results of the contest "Innovations in the Mixed Feed Industry", the company won the Grand Prix in the "Components for Mixed Feed Production" category.

The development of meat and egg industries is not a less important topic. The trade show business programme included 15 special events, during which speakers from 12 countries took the floor. The speakers drew attention to the paramount importance of proper nutrition for poultry, diseases early diagnostics and prevention. Despite the fact that feed accounts for nearly 70% of poultry farming costs, it is quality nutrition of poultry that largely influences the health of the offspring and, consequently, the successful selling of the final product. Russian experts also underlined the importance of state support to the industry so that the share of the Russian poultry in the global market could increase.

In addition, this year's first biggest agricultural trade show was preceded by the International Forum of Poultry Farmers "Broiler Chickens and Eggs", in which representatives of business, production and scientific spheres took part. They touched upon the issues of interaction, innovations in the standardisation, and professional training of new personnel. The Forum ended with awarding the best representatives of the industry. According to the 2017 results, Prioskolie Group of Companies became the best Russian poultry farm in the "Broiler Poultry" category!
