“Premixes Plant No. 1” CJSC began its work 12 years ago. The company was established in the of Rzhevka of Shebekino District on the basis of the old auto repair shop and had very little production capacity/ Also sales volumes were small. Today premix plant produces over 2 thousand tons of products per month, thereby ensuring the production of more than 3 million tons of feed per year! In the first years of activity of the plant the main consumers of its products were the objects of the group of companies “Prioskolie” and a number of agricultural enterprises in Belgorod Region. Gradually there was improvement of technical equipment, expansion of warehouse space, the premixes always comply with the industry's highest standards. Wide range, automation of production, development of new distribution channels and close cooperation with suppliers has allowed “Premixes Plant No. 1” CJSC to become a recognized industry leader in the short term. The company confidently holds now these positions. High-tech lines of the plant allow to produce high quality premixes on the most complex individual recipes to the standard input components from 0.025% to 4%. This is a significant competitive advantage. The number of types of used raw materials comprises more than 200 items in one recipe they can be used from 10 to 50! The update of the software of the automated control system of production line premix was successfully completed last year. Multi-stage batching algorithm allows to measure components with an accuracy of 1 gram! Also last year, in connection with the increase in production volumes and the need for an additional allocation of raw materials, two warehouses were built and the exhaust system of industrial shelves was replaced. In 12 years of existence of the enterprise its labour collective (head A. G. Balanovsky) repeatedly received the highest marks for its economic activities. Foremost production entered by the district and the regional Board of Honor, and the best of the best have awards of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Due to the high quality produced by the plant premixes in demand all over Russia, and the company is among the top five largest domestic producers of these products.
