Zavod Premiksov No. 1 (Premix Plant No. 1), CJSC has celebrated the 11th anniversary of its successful production activity.

Old repair workshop for heavy-duty vehicles without windows, doors and even a roof seem to be located at its place in Rzhavka Settlement of the Shebekino District.

Builders started the facility construction here in December 2005, and a solemn opening ceremony of the new facility, Premix Production Plant, took place in August 2005.

Zavod Premiksov No. 1 (Premix Plant No. 1), CJSC, being a startup company at that time, has become the recognized leader of the branch for less than a year. Nowadays, the company is manufacturing more than 2 thous. tons of the product monthly enabling production of more than 3 mln. tons of compound feed per year.

Due to a high quality of the premixes produced by the plant, they are in demand all over Russia, and the company makes the top five largest manufacturers of the product.

The plant’s team has achieved high production results for 11 years of its operation. However, A.G. Balanovsky, the Director of Zavod Premiksov No. 1 (Premix Plant No. 1), CJSC is sure that there are still a lot of steps to success and products quality improvement. It means that there is always an opportunity to raise higher.

Increase of production and economic potential of the plant, manufactured product quality upgrade, satisfying all increasingly stringent requirements and demand...these are the goals of the company moving it forward.

Steady operation of the plant unit for production of L-lysine sulphate, an essential amino acid, has become a significant milestone and the main “present” for the company’s Birthday. The recent trend products (wheat bran and lysine sulphate) are successfully used for premixes production.
