The company's demand in wheat required for lysine production is about 220 th. tones per year. The capacity of the company's own silo elevator is 50 th. tones. The additional volumes of the wheat required will be stored in a new way of grain storage – in plastic sleeve-bags.

The bags are made of a polyethylene mixture through a blown film extrusion process. Both ends of the bags are to be sealed after stuffing. It allows to keep the grain in anaerobic conditions in accordance with all standards without its damaging and quality loss.

The efficient and low cost technology allows to refuse of traditional methods of grain storage in off-site storage facilities and elevators. It also allows to save on transport expenses during harvesting, which become almost unnecessary.
