V.N. Rodionov, Deputy Director General on Veterinary and Production of Prioskolye Managing Company made a report on opportunities and results of Belgorod veterinary medications use in poultry industry. The issue of microbiological tests performed by regional scientific organizations was also discussed during the meeting.

The potential to substitute the imported veterinary medications at the agricultural holding companies of the region is high enough. There are also opportunities to increase output capacity of the regional producers of veterinary medications. Active work in this direction is carried out nowadays with the support of the Department of Economic Development.
