Thanks to cooperation on dual education principles it is possible to cope with several challenges at the same time. Basically, the project restores the coaching tradition at an up-to-date level, meeting the needs of the youth, which has to choose the profession, and the needs of the company, which needs educated, motivated and well-trained employees. The educational institution is also interested in cooperation, because it receives the recent information on the current production processes and promptly updates particular educational subjects.

During the internship the students got acquainted with the conditions and special features of work in several structural subdivisions of Prioskolye, CJSC. The Career Day was an opportunity to personally contact S.V. Gnezdilov, Head of HR, M.I. Aleinikov, Head of the Labour Safety Service, А.А. Kravchenko, Chief Power Engineer, I.A. Venzenko, Chief Technologist, and S.N. Dryganov, Head of the Motor and Tractor Fleet. Such communication allowed the future graduates to get even more useful information.
