Happy Birthday, Zoo!

About 11,000 animals and over 700 species are kept in the zoo. Almost half is in the International Endangered-Species List, Endangered-Species List of Russia and of the Novosibirsk Region. The zoo employees participate in 53 international programs on preservation of rare and endangered animal species.
During the festivities dedicated to the zoo's birthday different contests and entertainment programs were held. The general sponsor of the holiday was Prioskolye-Sibir (Prioskolye-Siberia), who presented gifts to all participants: branded notepads and pens, and the winners got photo frames with the company logo.
